Matthew Radasch

Prior to Schulz & Lyman, Matthew held leadership rolls as Quality Assurance Manager, Director of Package Engineering and VP of Operations for some of the most dynamic companies in the packaging, bio science, fragrance, cosmetics and skincare categories. He lives in Hallowell, Maine with his wife, three daughters and his dog Hank. In the winter, you can find Matthew on the ski slopes and in the summer boating with his family and friends.

T.J. spent 15 years in the hospitality industry before changing careers to home and personal fragrance.

Having a passion for front end dining experiences and a love of cooking has provided TJ a platform for first class customer service and a growing understanding of process and product formulation at Schulz & Lyman. When he lifts his olfactive from the grindstone, he loves disc golfing and enjoys the vibrant music / art scene in eclectic Hallowell, Maine.
